- The prices indicated are for standard occupancy per day and apartment.
- The local tax of € 3.00 is collected on site and charged separately.
- Minimum stay: Please understand that in the high season our apartments normally are only bookable for at least one week. In the pre and off season shorter stays (minimum 2 nights) may be available on request.
- We charge for the final cleaning of the apartment a flat-rate fee of €60.00. Any additional cleaning of the apartment during the stay will be charged at the same rate.
Deposit
In order to confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer after written confirmation from us.

Cancellation conditions
The following conditions apply to any cancellations:
- Up to 90 days before your arrival, cancellations and changes to your booking are possible free of charge.
- Up to 14 days before your arrival we charge 70% of the total amount,
- within the last week we charge 80% of the price.
- In the event of a sudden earlier departure, later arrival or absence, we charge 100%.
Payment methods
You can pay your bill by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), ATM or cash (in Euro).
Pets
Your pet is welcome on request. We charge a surcharge of €10.00 per day for this (without food).
Check-in / Check-out
Your room is ready for occupancy from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate your room on your day of departure by 10:00 am.
Non-smoking establishment
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or in the apartments.

There are numerous restaurants just a few steps away from your holiday home, which invite you on a culinary journey through the local cuisine.
